Classes

Bible Studies

Each fall and spring we offer Men’s Bible Study and Women’s Bible Study. Our Bible Studies provide the people of Eastside the opportunity to grow in our ability to read and interpret Scripture with the goal of becoming better independent students of God’s Word. These studies usually run 8 - 12 weeks beginning in September (fall) and February (spring).

The Forge Program

The Forge is a year long theological and biblical immersion program for men and women looking for advanced biblical and theological training that seeks to train believers in three areas: Christian Story, Christian Belief, and Christian Formation. The Forge is in partnership with Mosaic Church in Richardson.

Membership & Baptism Classes

If you are interested in becoming a member at Eastside, the first step is to attend a Membership Class. We'll discuss our beliefs, membership covenant, and have a time of Q&A.

If you are hoping to be baptized or have questions about what we believe about baptism, attending a Baptism Class is your first step.

Both Membership Class & Baptism Class are held once per quarter.

Steps

Steps is a twelve week discipleship program that leads us through the process of identifying the root of sin and suffering in our lives and the redemptive power of the gospel. Steps is held once in the fall and once in the spring.

Other Classes

In addition to the classes listed on this page, we occasionally offer other classes on specific topics or areas of study. Examples include: Foundations Class, Finance Class, Marriage Workshop, and more.
