I grew up in central Illinois in a loving family, but I didn’t grow up going to church regularly or knowing much about Jesus. At 19, I began reading the Bible for the first time after two friends began to share the gospel with me. By His mercy and grace, I put my faith and trust in Jesus my sophomore year of college and He completely changed my life. My college years were foundational in my walk with the Lord, as I was discipled, studied His word, and learned what it meant to follow Jesus. 

My husband, Kalman, had a similar journey in college, and we were married the year after we graduated. We have been blessed with 4 beautiful daughters, Lily, Eva, Isabel, and Charlotte! Our family moved to Dallas in 2018 due to a job opportunity for Kalman and we now call Dallas home. 

I began my Accounting career in corporate accounting shortly after graduating college until we had our first daughter. Over the years I have had various opportunities helping small businesses, churches, and nonprofits with their administrative and accounting needs. My heart is to use my skills in accounting to support the Lord’s work and I am so excited to do this at Eastside! 

My hope for Eastside is that we would be a community that loves Jesus above all else, shares the gospel with those around us, and serves and honors one another well, so that His name is glorified in all that we do.
